Spa etiquette
When you visit the spa studio I desire for you to have a fabulous & relaxing time, so here are a few things you’ll need to know before you arrive:
• No children or guests permitted in the spa studio. This a controlled, one on one environment where safety & sanitation is my highest priority. This allows me to keep my safety at the highest level on a consistent basis.
• Please silence or set your phone to vibrate. This allows you to completely relax and have no distractions when you are in the spa studio. I want you to feel tranquil, even if getting waxed! Less stress and less distractions is always a good thing.
• If you arrive before your appointment time, please wait out front or in your car and I’ll be with you shortly. Please call me at (979) 398-2452 when you arrive. Because of sanitation procedures, I am not able to take anyone prior to their set appointment time.
NEW PROCEDURES AS OF MAY 2020
• As of 5/16/2020, the front door to Sola Salon Studios will be locked to have a more controlled and sanitary environment, in agreement with requirements set by TDLR. When you arrive, please call me at (979) 398-2452 and I will come meet you at the door.
• As of 6/29/2020, masks are required for entry and only need to be worn down the quick, 10 second walk down to my spa studio in accordance with state & city mandates.

Please complete prior to your first service. Appointment times do not allow time for forms to be completed so they must be done prior to your appointment time. Thank you for taking the time to do this & understanding. This helps me to serve you better & that is always my primary goal! It is truly all about you!

Kendra Renee has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel prior to 48 hours will result in fees. 48-24 hrs will result in a 50% charge. 24 hrs or less, changes to services or failure to show will result in 100% of services scheduled. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Please understand that when you cancel or reschedule your appointment without adequate notice, I miss the opportunity to schedule clients on my waiting list. If an emergency arises, please e-mail me at kendrareneeskincare@yahoo.com.
My online booking system sends text and e-mail reminders for your upcoming appointment. Please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments & cancellation fees. Reminders are sent solely as a courtesy. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation or no show fee will apply. Arrivals later than 30% of the scheduled appointment time will be considered a missed appointment & will need to be rescheduled. In the event that I do not receive the required notice for adjustments, cancellations, reschedules or if an appointment is missed you will be charged with the credit card on file or invoiced via Square. All fees must be paid in order to have a new appointment.
Policy is as follows: less than 48hrs to more than 24 hrs will result in a 50% fee. Less than 24 hrs or missed appointment will result in 100% fee.
Please also keep in mind you are responsible for all payments for your service scheduled. If you elect to deduct a service from your appointment with less than 48hrs, the policy will apply, as stated above. These policies allow me the time to inform wait list clients of any availbilities, as well as keeping my schedule filled in order to better serve everyone.
